Mermaid Beach
South of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise lies Mermaid Beach. It is a lot more quiet than the more central beaches. It is more of a locals pick for family beach lifestyle.

Broadbeach
Offering a great park area that runs parallel to the beach. The park at broadbeach has BBQ's, Childrens play area and plenty of benches for you to enjoy your BBQ or picnic. Broadbeach is home of the famous Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club. Within a short stroll from the beach, you can find some of the finest restaurants on the Gold Coast in the Broadbeach cafe area. With many cafes and restaurants for all budgets, you will be pleased by the pleasant atmosphere.

Surfers Paradise
The beach at Surfers Paradise is directly accross the road from the top end of Cavill Avenue. Surfers Paradise is heavily patrolled by Surf Lifesavers. Music is played over loud speakers. You can even grab a game of beach volleyball, maybe catch a surfing competition, and take part in other sports that are played on the beach. Surfers Paradise beach offers the most amount of beach.

Main Beach
A 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast's Main Beach is one of Gold Coast's locals favourite family beach. With excellent lifeguard patrolls and great waves to boot, Main Beach offers a great time for families.
