Deposit & Payment Terms

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 14 days before stay.

A binding contract will only exist between you and Escape Now Pty Ltd when payment has been made by you and we have confirmed that a receipt and confirmation will be issued.

Cancellation

Bookings cancelled at any time incur a $50.00 administration fee. Bookings cancelled 14-45 days from arrival date incur full loss of deposit. Between 0-14 days loss of full payment. Bookings cancelled 45 days or more from arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less administration fee of $50.00. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel insurance.

Schoolies Season

All Schoolies related guests staying during November and December will be required to pay a $1500 bond no later than 2 weeks before arrival or bookings can be cancelled. Season rates apply.

Facilities & Service Charges

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the description of rooms and facilities at each property is accurate, on occasion, these may be changed or taken out of service. Escape Now Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation, of a similar standard, should this occur.

Check-in time after 2 PM Check-out time 10AM

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

  1. Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

  2. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic and not commercial use. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenant¡¯s responsibility during their stay.

  3. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check out time is 10 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

  4. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

  5. MasterCard or Visa details are kept as a bond, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.

Linen is supplied.

Indemnity

You indemnify us and suppliers against any claim, demand, liability, damage, fines, loss or expense of any kind arising from but not limited to:

  • Your breach of the terms and conditions on this site

  • The availability or quality of the services

  • an error or misdescription in information provided to us by suppliers.

  • Loss of, damage to or theft of property. Loss of life, injury or loss of enjoyment in connection with the services.

Our Privacy Policy

We understand the importance of keeping your personal information confidential and secure. Escape Now Pty Ltd uses your personal information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or supplying a service. Personal information in relation to your booking will not be disclosed to anyone. We are committed to your security and therefore utilise the latest security technology to ensure your personal information is protected.

Submission of a booking denotes acceptance of all the above conditions
